Nature of the Site

The Site is a static brochure website that presents information about XO8 Media and the services we offer, including Content Production; Social & Growth; Paid Media; Brand & Identity; Web, App & Commerce; and AI & Automation. The Site does not provide user accounts, contact forms, online purchasing, or any facility to submit or store user-generated content. The only interactive elements are outbound links, such as an email link. The services described above are offered to clients under separate agreements and are not delivered through this Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphic design, layout, source code, images, video, brand names, and logos, is owned by XO8 Media SAGL or by its clients and licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, scrape, or otherwise reuse any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing in your browser.

Client and brand names shown in case studies and portfolio sections, including for example ZAMNA, Pulse of Gaia, and Mila Serra, together with associated names, logos, and imagery, remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed solely for portfolio and reference purposes and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or transfer of rights.
